3481 – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – IT/EN/DE

On behalf of our esteemed client, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – IT/EN/DE

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for a global client base, ensuring seamless coordination from initial order entry to final delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the end-to-end order process, including inquiry handling, accurate ERP data entry, issuing order confirmations, and proactive status monitoring
  • Manage business correspondence and prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and data sheets as requested by clients or Area Managers
  • Coordinate daily with logistics partners and freight forwarders to streamline domestic and international shipments, including the preparation of shipping documents and invoicing
  • Manage the back-office workflow for claims and returns. Monitor accounts receivable and conduct professional payment follow-ups
  • Coordinate the dispatch of samples and catalogs to prospective clients, performing follow-up activities to support sales conversion and the promotion of new products
  • Maintain and update client databases, price lists, and sales statistics, as well as forecast entry 
  • Act as a liaison between Production and Quality departments for technical requests and provide essential back-up support to the sales team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Back-Office ideally within an international industrial or commercial environment
  • Native-level or C1/C2 Italian; fluency in German and English is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of French or additional languages is a significant advantage
  • Advanced organizational skills with high precision in data management (MS Excel and ERP systems)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner for both customer support and proactive sales follow-up
  • Highly adaptable with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in fast-paced environments. A collaborative mindset and strong team-player attitude are essential
  • A reliable professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to transparent, honest communication
  • Residency in Canton Ticino is a mandatory requirement for this position
