3476 – MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven 

MANUFACTURING MANAGER

to lead and optimize production operations within a high-complexity manufacturing environment.This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, quality compliance, and workplace safety, while fostering a high-performing and motivated production team. The Manufacturing Manager will act as a key driver of continuous improvement and operational performance.

KEY RESPONSABILITY:

  • Lead, manage, and control all production departments, ensuring optimal use of human, financial, and technological resources
  • Own and monitor Production KPIs (efficiency, quality, cost, delivery performance), ensuring targets are met
  • Define and oversee daily and weekly production plans, manage priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution
  • Conduct performance evaluations of direct reports and drive the development, training, and cross-skilling of the production workforce
  • Communicate objectives and results clearly to production teams and lead regular departmental meetings
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director in the preparation and monitoring of the production budget
  • Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to ensure compliance with procedures and smooth information flow
  • Identify, promote, and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects; actively participate in Group-level programs
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards; conduct regular safety walks to proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Guarantee discipline, adherence to company regulations, and implementation of 5S standards
  • Oversee departmental inventory of equipment and support physical inventory processes when required

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Proven experience in a high-complexity manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing production teams
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Experience within EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss structure and financial performance indicators
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
