On behalf of a FINMA-authorized Multi-Family Office and External Asset Manager, we are seeking a

SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – Multi-Family Office

with a solid background in private banking.

ROLE MISSION:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, delivering tailored investment advisory services and leveraging an integrated ecosystem that includes both traditional and alternative asset classes.

KEY RESPONSABILITY:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients with a long-term, relationship-driven approach
  • Provide tailored investment advisory and wealth planning solutions
  • Structure bespoke investment strategies, including access to alternative asset classes (Private Markets, Real Estate, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver a 360° advisory service
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations (LSFin/FIDLEG and FINMA standards)
  • Contribute to business development through networking and relationship-building activities

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker within banking or asset management environments
  • Strong expertise in managing HNW/UHNW client relationships
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, risk-return dynamics, and portfolio construction
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to operate in a more agile and independent environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Long-term, value-oriented approach to client advisory
  • Good knowledge of Swiss regulatory frameworks (LSFin/FIDLEG, FINMA)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus
